For information on my gym just follow the link button above. My gym is located at 77 Turnpike Road in Ipswich, MA. It is a fully equipped facility offering personal training services and nutrition programs.
We are happy to welcome Robin Howe, BSN, RN, and her company Core Therapeutics, LLC, to DeMarco Fitness. Robin's company specializes in treating those who suffer from incontinence (bladder control problems) by providing one-on-one treatment in a holistic and compassionate manner.
I have started a daily blog with a goal of providing you with nutrition and fitness information each day. I will also be using my blog to keep everyone updated on my training as I begin preparation for the 2008 Team Universe Contest.
